Sales Warrior

The Director of Sales will be responsible for driving our company’s growth through the acquisition of new customers as a member of the sales leadership team. This individual will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential while working with members of our product and marketing teams to launch new sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.


  • Achieve sales targets by successfully managing a team of Account Executives

  • Design and implement a data-driven sales plan that achieves revenue growth targets

  • Own recruiting, objective setting, coaching and performance management for a team of Account Executives

  • Manage and mentor a team of Account Executive through all stages sales process and playbook

  • Actively capitalize on market opportunities and mitigate competitive risks

  • Develop strategic presentations for prospects and key stakeholders at partner companies

  • Coordinate sales efforts collaboratively with product, marketing and legal teams

If you have a passion for creating new things and optimizing what we have , you are the right person for us. We are looking for developer to work on our back-end application stack (Python / Django), who is also a strong infrastructure developer.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL/MySQL database would be helpful. 
You will also have experience in web application DevOps and understand how to manage AWS/Azure  web app infrastructures (servers, databases, load balancers).
